We do not accept insurance; however, most major insurance plans will reimburse you for the purchase of your eyewear with an itemized receipt. At the time of your order, you can request an itemized receipt of your purchase that you can submit to your insurance carrier. 

Check with your insurance provider to be sure your plan will reimburse you for using an out of network provider.
